    Pros

    Cons

I have been working at NEORIS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The people working at NEORIS around the world are incredible. Everyone is making a great effort to take this company to greater heights. We all know that the potential within the organization is immense and there are a lot of opportunities to grow if you do things well.

    Cons

The new direction the company is taking has left some casualties on the road. Needless to say that phasing out of the Ol' Skool SAP consultancy into a Digital Transformation company is a harsh process that needs a lot of expertise and precise management. This might not be the best scenario for everybody, but if you are a new technology consultant, and you bring the goods to this new endeavor you shouldn't worry.... If you are into politics you will surely get burned. Political behavior is just not needed at this moment within NEORIS. We have one goal, we have to get there fast.

    Advice to Management

Let's just focus on the goal of having a grater list of clients. Screen very well the upper management candidates that you are hiring to avoid the drama that comes with those seeking fame and fortune. Trust the people who is actually delivering magnificent results (find out who they are).

    I worked at NEORIS full-time

    Pros

I can't really think of anything.

    Cons

This is a company that has lost a lot of the little revenue they had in the US, and was trying to turn this around. Unfortunately, through a series of misguided and unprofessional moves, they hired some folks to initiate that process and simply changed their minds a month later. No long term planning, no senior leadership involvement (they seem to be more focused on the Hispanic countries' operations elsewhere in... the world, as long as they can get to travel a lot), changes every week... a recipe for disaster. I would be surprised if they are still in the US market by the end of this year.

    Advice to Management

Long term strategic planning, not last minute makeshift sales "organizations", yield results. No serious company would think that creating millions in revenue on a new service line would happen overnight (or in a couple months).

I worked at NEORIS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Hard working people...however, Leaders are all over the place direction wise.

    Cons

Despite being an arm of a well established company (CEMEX), NEORIS is not very organized nor able to stay focused on one given direction longer than a couple of months. Painted a nice picture of future opportunities and growth...but in the end were just empty words Also, I heard conversations of racial stereotyping (toward Latin Americans from Leaders)...both me and a co-worker

    Advice to Management

there needs to be a true priority change with a central voice, if things are going to change

    I worked at NEORIS full-time

    Pros

Focus is on the Latin American and European operations. Heaviest on Latin America

    Cons

Several cons..primary concern would be the lack of a defined focus on the United States operations. And the leaders not having a true vision

    Advice to Management

Hire talented people, give them defined directions, and allow them time to see results
