I worked at NES Global Talent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Can earn good money via commissions in a ruthless culture of making the deal and bonuses are paid monthly for placements but fired if you don't make the numbers.

    Cons

Management only care about the monthly/quarterly/annual figures. No team spirit just have the top billers looked after and anyone else is considered temporary.

    Advice to Management

Look beyond the quarters GP figures to see who is really contributing, the name on GP figures may not mean that person is actually making those $$$ .
