    Pros

Decent pay, flexible work schedule, good teaming among the different departments

    Cons

VERY Millennial workplace. Very little HR oversight so there is foul language & monthly results meetings onsite with alcohol. Very high risk from HR perspective. On the business side, there are some questionable business practices that makes one wonder how they are still in business. They run each office like a small business but the organization is large and global. The office space is completely open so there is absolutely no privacy and it can get very loud. Noise blocking headphones are a must if you prefer it quiet. Experienced hires into the office are treated with distrust and given menial jobs until they can prove themselves. It is a cutthroat sales environment. Highly competitive-even at office outings that are supposed to be fun and team-building. High performers are regularly recognized. Monthly "Donkey" awards are presented for stupid office comments or actions. Thus, while the intent is to encourage everyone to laugh at themselves, I think it sometimes hurts people's feelings. Also, those that are trying hard but not be as successful get no recognition at all. So, if you are competitive this would be a great place for you.

    Advice to Management

Clean up the business practices and HR protocols in the US. The office is an accident waiting to happen. Provide orientation to new hires so they actually know what they are doing & what is expected & who they report to. Spend some time on leadership communication classes for management team specifically, but everyone could use it.

    Advice to Management

Hire more Americans less ex pats and see your profits increase instead of being drained by so many living allowances
