Pros
Casual work environment. Allows for creativity in some departments. Decent benefits. Spacious office with nice open concept design. One of the leading Free To Play Online Game Korean companies in the world. The company has maintained a steady rate of growth over the years.
Cons
Many positions are paid below their industry standards. Developers and Producers work long and erratic hours, with frequent intrusions into their personal lives. Upper management provides some goals, but rarely a means to actually accomplish them. Many employees seem to have "checked out". Higher then average turnover rate, with many employees either leaving or looking for new jobs. The company is divided between Koreans and Non-Koreans. Koreans generally maintain all positions of influence (with a few exceptions). Many of the Korean employees are originally from Korea and as a result have some difficulties with English. This results in cliques forming based on Korean speakers. The end result is an atmosphere where Korean employees and Non-Korean employees rarely interact, leading to misunderstandings and trust issues within the company. The company is fairly robust and is certainly not going to go out of business, but I do not see it becoming a mainstream publisher on the same level as EA or Activision any time soon. Game Developers are based in Korea, and there are issues convincing Development studios to localize to the US market properly.

Pros
None at all. This was a toxic work environment
Cons
Constantly hounding on how we can negatively impact our competition thru potentially unscrupulous ways. I really would stay away from this place.

Pros
I think a lot of the negative reviews here are outdated. Agreed, no company is going to be a perfect fit for everyone. but it seems that the company listened to a lot of feedback and tried to make a lot of improvements. Other pros: - Company offers perks to help with Covid-19 work from home situation - The people are great to work with and really friendly environment - Tries to be transparent and open about improvements needed
Cons
Need games recognized in western regions

Work with great people. Managers/Team Leads are always willing to share their knowledge. Friendly work environment.
Cons
Bit of a drive if not in the area. TRAFFIC

A tense environment, where everyone has one foot out the door.

-Casual work environment. - There are some truly amazing and talented employees here. You will not have a hard time making life-long connections here. -Nexon has an impressive portfolio of games- games that would do AMAZINGLY well under different leadership. -Some of the executives mean well, however, are not very good with follow-through or giving proper direction.
Cons
- Nearly all perks have been taken away, including: free lunches, team outtings, beer at CEO updates and company parties. - Bonuses and pay increases are a thing of the past. - Aside from casual, the work environment is: hostile, uncomfortable, confusing and unstable. To say moral is low, is putting it gently. - Sadly, most of the employees are bonding over their negative experiences at Nexon. Not exactly the type of bonding you hope your employees are having. - The company has lost sight of what it wants to achieve, which is obvious with the constant restructuring, and the recent layoffs. They have an idea of what they want (to win the players back) but there is currently no plan (at least not one the execs are willing to share) on how our new goals are going to be achieved. - As others have stated, unless you are Korean, don't plan on moving up. - The company lacks vision. - Many managers and executives are not qualified for their positions. - Customer satisfaction and retention is not a high priority. - It seems many of the "heavy hitters" have left, are looking, or are in the process of leaving. - Policies overlooked for "special" individuals. Any non-fraternization policy that may exist does not apply to all employees.

Valuable name of company. Good salary but not best. Various opportunities to work in various fields if you have will and preparation.
Cons
Inflexible environment and culture of company to work. It always happen such as bureaucracy when company grows huge. A lot of pressure turn to stress. Because They have what they want to do but don't have why they want to do and how they have to do.

-The office environment is one of the best I've ever worked in: basketball court, free drinks/snacks, company mixers. -The overall atomosphere here is really relaxed, everyone gets along really well.
Cons
-Ideas ignored or even rejected by management. -Grossly overworked staff (frequently have to stay after hours in order to meet deadlines) -All about money: Many of Nexon's most popular games are in decline because the higher-ups want to maximize profits as much as possible rather than create a enjoyable experience for their players.
