      Pros

      Being a consulting company with different divisions, it can give employees a good chance of seeing different aspects of business and different sectors. Another pro is the very good technical knowledge of most employees.

      Cons

      Other than bringing new business for t he company, for average employees having a technical role it's very difficult if not impossible to reach a relevant position.

      A sign? Sheer luck, or coincidence? The stars are aligned? Is there a full moon tonight? I kid you not... I was in the middle of writing a follow up email to a recruiter for a job I applied to almost 2 weeks ago.
