Pros
Colleagues helpful and friendly Discount and uniform allowance Meeting new people everyday
Cons
Management don't care about you personally as long as you turn up to work ( my manager basically said whether you have family problems or religious reasons, you still have to come work) It was okay for management to talk with one another but not sale assistants. Too much work load. low wages. Not training expected to know everything.

Pros
Colleagues were great and were the only reason why I made it through the year or so spent there.
Cons
Awful organisation by management which led to last minute shifts. Poor communication in which one manager told me my part-time contract had been converted to full-time however I was made redundant out of nowhere during Covid-19. Was only one as far as I was concerned.

Horrible management
Oct 6, 2022 - Retail Assistant/Delivery Assistant in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The tasks were relatively easy and the colleagues I worked with tended to be nice and respectful.
Cons
The managers would never help when you asked them to fix your payslip, contract, etc. Some people wouldn't get their pay for days if not weeks because there were always "issues" the managers would never care to resolve. Working mums working two jobs would have to wait for their pay because of laziness. The managers would get mad if you clocked out after your shift because they wanted to control you.
