NFT Distribution reviews

There have been other reviews made regarding NFT and I can only say every word is true! The staff on certain shifts are cliquey, arrogant, rude and just downright nasty to work with. They are not only rude to other staff but downright insulting to visiting drivers. They do not welcome new comers, the training is non existent and they expect you to just get on with the job and huff and puff when you ask for help. They also totally ignore you on shift. Or talk down to you all the time. Basically they go out of their way to exclude you. The pay is deplorable and not worth the hassle. They really do not pay enough to put up with the treatment you receive. Certain long standing staff members, although complained about still get away with murder. The staff openly slate other employees when they are not on shift. The place needs a serious overhaul in staff and then maybe the staff turnover wouldn't be so high.

The Con’s You really need to find another job. I mean this job is bad for your health. Bully tactics do as I say or I’ll find a way to sack you. CEO is so disconnected from the company Drivers are pushed into 80 hours a week pushed to the limit and when the driver makes a mistake He gets sacked I’ve worked here for years and seen many good people get pushed out the door Just because they don’t bum lick the management. Shift Manages using I bet he don’t even know any Drivers names or warehouse staff I had worked there for 7 years before I even saw him. Do yourself a big favour and keep well clear of NFT unless you like bum licking Managers.
