I have been working at NGA HR full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Having worked for 30 years in a very internally facing company, NGA is very different. Not a lot of internal reviews, spend almost all of our time figuring out how to recruit good people and keep the clients satisfied.

    Cons

Some restructuring is on-going, so always in the background

    Advice to Management

Keep winning in the marketplace, and morale stays high, and people want to join!
