Worst company I’ve ever worked for
Oct 22, 2022 - Pumper/Lease OperatorRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The worst thing about working at NGL is that it’s possibly the worst job you’ll ever have. The best thing about working at NGL is that it’s (hopefully) the worst job I’ll ever have. I’d you want to get tough as a pumper and learn how to do a lot with a little, work at NGL for a year. It’s quite reasonably the largest SWD operation inTexas. You’ll be treated like a scrub and demanded to do the work of two men. Management is the worst I’ve ever seen. When you leave here, it will be like leaving the Marines for another branch of the military, hypothetically speaking. My straight forward advice to pumpers: Work at NGL for a year: do 6 months at Orla, and 6 months at Block 76. Orla is hell; Block is more cushy but absolutely massive. I won’t go on a tangent here. Regardless of the suck fest, I’m grateful for my experience at NGL.
Cons
Everything is above. Everything is above.

None nada zip zilch nothing
Cons
Everything is a con. It’s a sinking ship company trying to survive with bottom of the barrel captains that are overrated to themselves but can’t go anywhere else.

Sep 10, 2022 - Engineering Analyst in Denver, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great people to work with. Great working environment - lots of work to do, snacks, parking, etc. Anyone will learn a lot quickly working here.
Cons
Was fired shortly after standing up for work to be done according to financial policy. High turnover - people disappear and/or resign often. Management style is authoritarian - this causes friction with many people.

Good employees leave for a reason
Jul 29, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Drinks/Snacks provided, Covered Parking, A/C.
Cons
Everything called upper management. HR is a J. O. K. E. No room for growth unless you're in the "club". Ignoring complaints. Allows bad behavior. Policies only apply when convenient. Did I mention how terrible HR is?
