    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at NHS part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    It’s in the city centre

    Cons

Poorly managed, concerns and suggestions not taken into consideration at all. My direct manager did not know the difference between my band 3 role and my colleagues band 4 role. Staff are not respected - I stepped up for a month to perform a band 4 role and was only paid band 4 for additional hours I worked.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff. Visit them more often and ensure they’re getting on alright. Know what your different staff do.
