    Enough room to move between departments

    Cons

    Behind in tech. Everything is still done manually and it is incredibly tedious. Left after 3 months
    Kept being threatened with redundancy due to restructuring

    I have been working at NHS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Lots of experience in wound care ie ulcers and high risk patients. Diverse population which is a good experience.

    Cons

    Lots of new targets to be meet in each appointment and not enough time.

    Advice to Management

    Nhs is a very stressful job in any role.
