    I have been working at NHS full-time

    Pros

    Rewarding experience when parents become well. Good amount of holiday. A lot of training available which allows room for development.

    Cons

    Pays little for what you have responsibility for. Long hours sometimes with no breaks. Currently lacking some support from management. Short staffed a lot of the time. When working with agency staff who don't know all patients it can sometimes be difficult and feel like you're doing triple the work.
