I worked at NIC Services part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you get a job working on your own. Great.

    Cons

Workplace bullying. Far too many managers. No one knows who their line manger is. Passing the buck. Didn't get paid for three months leaving me in debt. Tesco staff choose who they employ to the great cost of NIC. They need three people per shift to work me persons full time job.

    Advice to Management

Who is the management? I got stranded in Aberdeen in February as Pay hadn't gone in for the second month running. Had to borrow cash from family to return from holiday back to Norton Devon. Disgusting. Was told my team leader was not the team leader. Yet I was working all hours covering whilst she pulled sickies and turned up hours late!!

I worked at NIC Services part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no pro's i can give.

    Cons

I could sit and list all of the cons on working for NIC Group Services but here's a few to shorten the list.

    1) Refusal to stay at work until 1-2am as over time would result in disciplinary OR a very angry manager on the phone asking why you can't do overtime even after the first clear explanation.

2)If equipment got lost, the cleaner would be responsible even if it was misplaced by a member of Morrisons staff, resulting in a disciplinary

    3) While i was there i was offered no sick pay, In addition to this, you don't get paid extra for doing over time/ which for me was sometimes a 12 hour shift

    Advice to Management

Sack your useless mangers and supervisors and start from scratch with people who know how to handle and work with a cleaning team.
