    - Job insecurity - closing down Centres - planning to close own business and still hiring

    Advice to Management

Bring back the confidence among the lower level employees. Ensure happiness of the clients(read students). Stop selling unnecessary products or courses to them. Overall system is sells oriented where employees believe that if he/she can sell, he/she will remain safe even if the basic service is hampered!!

Ensure so that employees can see a proper future prospect within the company. Otherwise, good resources will leave anyways!!!
