    Pros

    - Excellent salary, benefits, and work-life balance!
    - Plenty of people actually work 4 hour days (+ a few hours at the water cooler or starbucks)

    Cons

    - If you are a person driven to make a difference, and see your difference in action, this is not the place for you. There's probably a process in place that you can't mess with.
    - Countless 10+ year Nike-lifers in cushy jobs that spend more time protecting their jobs than achieving in them. They've found a way to outsource or pass-off everything to others. It's apparent the company is aware of this but doesn't know how to transition people out of the company in order to bring in fresh blood.

    Advice to Management

    - For a company built on innovation, being fast, and re-imagining possibilities, there's not a lot of it happening there anymore. Need more innovation hungry and results-driven people in the organisation. Cut the dead weight to get that fast-paced entrepreneurial start-up spirit back, or continue to hand the marketplace to the competitors who can.

    Pros

Fantastic experience - it is what you make it to be. Great resources with amazing people who are willing to push you to do your best. Everybody loves you as an intern, and you have access to unimaginable resources. High-pressure environment when it comes down to the final project, but as it should be for trying to impress design directors and different branches.

    Cons

    Not a fan of Portland.

I have been working at NIKE full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Used to be family and customer service oriented.

    Cons

Pay is not great and not currently focused on family support/great customer service

    Advice to Management

The bottom line should NOT be making money for the company! When you switched the focus of caring for your employees, most of the great ones left!! If you place your employees first, then the whole financial bottom line will reflect that. What is the big idea farming out high quality employees to contract companies? What do you suppose this does to a corporation's reviews?
