    Pros

Nike lives and breathes the elevation of employee potential. High energy and high expectations. Performance matters. Great perks. Great people.

    Cons

Can feel a bit overworked sometimes, but the reward does come after the extra effort. Need to improve the Performance Review process.

    Advice to Management

Need a better performance measuring (rating) system that makes it easier to identify your top talent. Under the current method, it is very difficult to align top talent with the business strategy in a cross-functional way.
