Pros
- Looks good on resume - 50% discount at company store - Okay benefits
Cons
- No work life balance: In my group you have to work 12h+ a day to keep your head above water. This lasted for more than a year with no end in sight until I quit. - 'Who you know' is way more important than 'what you know'. While this is true for any big company it is especially true for Nike. Forget about working hard, here you need to have connections to get ahead. - Very disorganized place - sometimes you ask yourself how can this be a successful multi-billion dollar company. - Little to no support for new employees - a few hours of 'knowledge transfer' and you on your own. - Enormous turnover - a revolving door of people coming and going. - The way ETWs are treated as second class citizens and given false hopes that one day they may be converted. Contracting agencies are more to blame for that but Nike is turning a blind eye so they can lure more people in. - The so called 'Leadership' is very weak, ineffective and quite frankly self serving

Pros
I've been at Nike for a few years and witnessed numerous re-orgs. Every time that happens, it leads to layoffs and general nervousness around the future structure. However, every time it happens, the change is usually for the better. The teams are more streamlined and unnecessary complexity is removed. Work life balance is probably the best among all companies I was a part of. Compensation and benefits are amazing.
Cons
Constant re-organization, ambiguity in leadership direction
