I have been working at NN full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Somewhat stable company (not likely to go under in the near future).

    Cons

Most employees drifting through life without any attachment to what they are doing

    Advice to Management

When the professionals you hire because they are experts give you advice and direction about how to steer the company toward profitability and efficiency, listen to it and act on it once in a while without tying their hands. Quit assuming that a change in some of the management team will solve all your problems. More radical solutions will be required.
