Awful management. Horrible temp CEO. Owners and management don't communicate and have no clue what direction they want to take the company in. Ultimately this company is a sinking ship.

- Highly uncertain future - A historically big name in the market, peaked around 2008, downhill since then - Multiple rounds of layoffs, followed by mass hirings. Management seems to have totally lost it and are just winging it. Every time a new face shows up in higher management, stuff hits the fan. - Company can't innovate, failed, shelved projects and products, lots of promises, delayed to nonexistent achievements, most to all new projects lead absolutely nowhere - Severely underpaid workers, talks of outsourcing parts of work requiring specific skill they have in house, budgeting nightmare

Top management is 80% foreigners. They don’t have a clue about Hungarian reality so they do not understand employers problem. The company has great professionals but do not have enough resources to improve/develop a market leading product. Salary is below industry average.

Some cool colleagues who haven't quit despite everything.

Shockingly low salaries. Own programming language: xscript. Incompetent CEO and his close circle of friends. No salary reviews, they force you to resign so they don't have to pay severance pay. HO policy changes based on the CEO's lonely mood. "Innovative" developments that have never been completed for over 5 years. The modern-day Nokia.
