    I worked at NORDAM full-time

    Pros

Great healthcare benefits, non-union, family owned. Promotions are based more on quality of work than seniority.

    Cons

Workload is cyclical. Job security is fair, but not great.

    Advice to Management

Higher wages on the production floor will decrease turnover - which will increase quality - which will save money that can be used to support those higher wages.

The company truly cares for its stakeholders. There was never overtime for this role. The company values safety. The buildings are generally very clean. The on-site markets are a great perk as well as the on-site health clinic for for free.

    Cons

The support from some teams was less than hoped for. People are quite busy so it can be difficult to accomplish goals.
