I have been working at NORMA Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, health insurance and working conditions. Good opportunities to work on acquisitions.

    Cons

Poor culture and work life balance. System is set up that if you identify an issue it becomes your responsibility. Not enough staff to handle the growth.

    Advice to Management

Don't retaliate against people that are trying to bring the company into 21st century. No one is willing to speak up on issues because of backlash. Staff for the size the company is now, not 5 years ago.

    Pros

NORMA Group offers reasonable pay and benefits. They offer a 401k match. A significant number of team members have laptop computers.

There is not such thing as accountability in the organization. Personality is the Golden Rule not performance. Consistent corporate culture is does not exist.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to buy a company, engulf it complete and not just the profits. There is so much low hanging fruit that rots on the vine.
