I have been working at NORMA Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The days go by fast and there is always something for you to do. The environment is clean and organized. I really like the people and upper management is very friendly and understanding.

    Cons

They are very strict on overtime, and sometimes they put to much pressure on you to finish orders on time.

    Advice to Management

Keep what your doing because the environment is friendly and I enjoy working there. But I would recommend more training equipment that we use.

I worked at NORMA Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Solid company, leader in the industry, fair compensation. Strong concern for work life balance and very flexible with time off. Overall good company to work for.

    Cons

There is some "red tape" involved when trying to adjust to the industry regarding marketing, pricing strategies, etc. Other than that, mostly positives about NORMA Group.

    Advice to Management

Make bonus structure payable more frequently than annual. Encourage more direct contact between employees and next level higher management to keep up with how employees view their direct supervisors, maybe an informal interview every six months or so.
