Pros
Good team work and current management helps as needs arise. (as much as they can) Vacation is standard and health benefits are good. Open to new ideas and work with you if you have issues arise. (personal issues)
Cons
Pay is average to low. I believe better evaluations and the manager having input to salary could help but HR controls pay.

Pros
Good benefits package including pension and healthcare. Great colleagues to work alongside and not micromanaged from day to day which gives you a little freedom.
Cons
Minimal progression in many areas and not a lot of opportunities for personal development which can lead to frustrations amongst the workforce. Due to downturn in the oil market there is minimal work.

Good place to work
Sep 24, 2016 - Field Service Technician in Kingwood, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This is generally a good place to work. Most of the bosses are good and the benefits are good as well.
Cons
For technicians the schedule is usually non-existent. When they say "100% travel" they take that seriously. Pay is competitive for field technicians but not for a rig ET. Engineering support is usually nonexistent as well as they would rather techs come from Norway.
