I have been working at NOVA Home Loans full-time

    Pros

I have nothing positive to say about a company that pays there employees far below the Industry average but can spend $200,000 to have a Christmas Party and $750,000 to sponsor a College Football bowl game

    Cons

Horrible pay, way below industry average. They don't do employee reviews and there are no raises. Most jobs in Operations pay $10-13 an hour

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees the industry average.

I have been working at NOVA Home Loans full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company hosts several events for employees & their families more than just the "token" holiday party. They also are active in the community. Everyone generally wants you to excel & they care about continuing relationships with their clients so they will return. They reach out to past clients to see if they need anything. Very nice! Benefits seam pretty standard overall.

    Cons

I really have not experienced anything negative. Everyone is happy! (From the first day I walked into the Nova Corporate Office I was impressed with everyone!)
