Pros
Somewhat Flexible hours. Nothing more than that.
Cons
Crappy pay. Anyone that’s an area manager or above dont care about employees. Closed our store an other stores no notice. Told us if we wanted a paycheck file unemployment or find another job. No severance for anyone no matter how long they worked. Knew and lied about our closures. Promoted people DAYS before closure.

Middle management is terrible. Training is inadequate. Riddled with nepotism.
