Big company, great product(s), nice people, very encouraging environment. w2 employee in sales with nice commission. They support you with tech and supplies to do your job. If you want to work hard and be rewarded with money for your efforts, this is a great place to work. If you want to sit down behind a desk all day or if you don't like talking to random people, this is not the job for you. I feel like some of the reviewers here just have no idea what field sales requires. There is flexibility to be successful at your job while still giving enough structure and backend support to make it all work. Company is huge and growing fast so there are lots of places to move, either up the ladder, to another portion/position, or even to another location in the country.
Cons
As all sales jobs, it takes a few weeks to build up a network of folks to start making real money. Base pay is nice to keep you going but commission is where you make your real money. In true officespace style I have around 5 bosses, which is nice because there are lots of folks to go for if I need something, but also means that if I mess up, I have 5 people breathing down my neck.
