    Pros

This is my second time working at NRG and it is a lovely place to work. A wonderful culture and the senior management team are very approachable. I have recommended NRG to a number of friends and family.

Recently rejoining the team I quickly felt at home and had a great deal of support during this transition! I thorough am enjoying my new challenge here at NRG.

No cons - NRG are an excellent employer

    Advice to Management

I have been working at NRG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some great people here and a great track record in the region - many established clients and a positive working environment

    Cons

Some processes could be made more effective but that is being addressed, other than that - no issues!

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing as it works! Processes and internal communication could be better but, as mentioned, that's being addressed.

    Pros

Great head office, solid reputation among clients, well established and most that you talk to have at some point used NRG

    Cons

Inability to manage change, many have worked there too long and "do it the way they've always done", too many hand me downs to consultant's

    Advice to Management

Implement real kpi's, manage under performance, stop allowing those who do little to achieve big salaries, inspire the team by leading not managing.

    Pros

recognised company, good products, freedom to do job. if you're in the right job and team, the morale can be good.

    Cons

bad work/life balance, average career opportunities, pay not enough for hours and effort put in.

    Advice to Management

look after dedicated knowledgeable staff or they'll leave. How can you spend millions on 'improving the system' and in the meantime keep your customers and staff in the dark

I have been working at NRG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible (depending on the your direct supervisor). Provides good training opportunities and encourages employment engagement. Good vacation time

    Cons

Pay below industry standards; depending on the department, work schedule not flexible. No transparency between different departments

    Advice to Management

Work on transparency within the organization more. People sitting next to each other don't know what the other person does.
