I worked at NRI part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you're consistent with them, and take all job assignments, there's possibility for more long term job assignments.

Weekly payout and nice wages at times.

    Cons

They will often share you between 2 branches, which is cool if you need money. But can put you in an awkward situation if you're trying to find stable work. They will just get use to putting you on random temp assignments just to cover themselves.

    Advice to Management

Help those who have been loyal to you, find long term or even permanent positions.

I have been working at NRI full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Sorry! There are no "pros" about NRI in Rockville, MD.

    Cons

They are delivered A-class applicants and don't do ANYTHING to get them hired ! After an applicant is put through misery with their God-awful ProveIt tests, but ace all these wretched tests, have a long-tenured job history and have a flawless resume, you never get a single phone-call from these morons !

    Advice to Management

Get a clue! Without these A-class applicants, you would be out of business, which is what you should be ANYWAY !
