I have been working at NRP Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The environment is awesome. Everyone is super nice. We wear jeans on Fridays. Flexible working hours.

    Cons

Not enough parking in the parking lot sometimes. The 401k match is very poor at 1%.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! I've been working here for almost a year and do not plan on leaving for awhile.

I worked at NRP Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I got lots of experience training my 4 different Regional Managers in 5 years. Learned how to adapt to change by reinventing the wheel over and over again.

    Cons

Executive level management is new young, self absorbed, hateful and does not value experience. I was employed over 5 years and had 4 different Regional Managers during that time. Failure to promote discrimination forced me to find career advancement with another company. Everyone is expendable attitude within this organization. I saw many of my colleagues treated unfairly and wrongfully terminated.

    Advice to Management

Get older more experienced executive management that values good employees. Promote from within. VPs and Regionals need ethics, anti-discrimination and integrity trainings. Reduce your 79% employee turnover rate by treating employees better.

I worked at NRP Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits are competitive but taking more than a week of vacation at a time is forbidden.

    Cons

Very unorganized and unprofessional company to work for. They do not provide the tools for you to do your job and often have to wait many months before getting what is basic needs. Dealing with the corporate office is like dealing with bullies-they are mean, nasty, and have a very high employee turn over.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect and replace the bad apples on the corporate level

    Pros

Great people work at NRP. There are several long term employees that are willing to help new ones when they come on board. Training is improving.

    Cons

Sometimes they ask employees to accomplish more than is possible and when they don't it is a reason to lay them off.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees!
