I worked at NSF International for less than a year

    Pros

Flex time was really nice, especially with having to balance coursework - overall great work/life balance The team I worked in is comprised of great people and everyone gets along well Good company values/culture

    Cons

Sometimes the office could be bare, with a lot of people working remotely/traveling, but this was more of a con since I was an intern and new to the team

I worked at NSF International for less than a year

    Pros

Many different departments working different projects, but the employees are friendly and willing to help/refer you to the right people. Even as an intern, my team accommodated for a flexible schedule and autonomy to manage my own projects to improve sales performance.

    Cons

Integration of various databases between departments can be improved.

I worked at NSF International for less than a year

    Pros

Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and kind. I was lucky to have such a great experience my first internship while at University. My supervisor wanted me to learn and didn't just give me busy work. He trusted me with a lot of important work and gave me a lot of responsibilities. Although I was just an intern, the department wanted me involved with company events (like Halloween) or birthday parties. I felt like I was apart of the team for the short time I was there.

    Cons

I would love to give this organization 5 stars but NSF is definitely behind on technology and processes. There is like an 8 step process to get anything done or approved which just slows down everything else. The laptops are out-of-date and so are the systems used.

I have been working at NSF International for less than a year

    Pros

Enjoyed my paid internship. Worked in consumer product testing. Learned a lot about instrumentation and equipment. Enjoyed the lunch area. Very regular schedule and relaxed work environment as long as I was hitting my targets.

    Cons

No opportunities to stay, regardless of how well I did.
