I worked at NTT America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Remote work with very little travel or onsite.

    Cons

When a contract ends with a client, even though you are considered "full time" after 2 weeks benched you are out of a job. I did have a manager who gave me half time work and paid me the other half until he lined up a job but shortly after that I took another position and left the company. My manager was great. The people on the extended team were great to work with. Agile and scrum not as innovative and progressive as I like but all in all a good experience.

    Advice to Management

Keep innovating and have more remote, work from home positions available that don't require a lot of travel. You'll get great rewards. Don't bench your great talent, keep them working.
