    Pros

-Amazing colleagues, best environment to work in, very chilled out.
-Your seniors will help you all the time and always watch your back, you will learn a ton.
-If you don't know about certain technology, don't worry they'll teach you.
-You will work on one of the most advance routers/switches/circuits in the world.
-NOC Managers are the best - very understanding and smart.
-Best benefits, Salary is just about OK for Texas - but people work here because of the amazing working environment.
-Once you join you would never want to leave and if you leave for any reason you will seriously miss working at NTT NOC.
-One of the best ISP NOC Teams in the world.
-4x10 shifts - you get 3 days off which is really nice.

*If you get an opportunity - don't lose it - its a career builder for an aspiring network engineer*

    Cons

Nothing I can think of, I don't really know about other departments.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. You guys rock!

I worked at NTT America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Large company with many opportunities to move across verticals

    Cons

As a conglomerate of many different consulting firms coming together as one, a cohesive vision, mission, and culture is lacking

I worked at NTT America full-time

    Pros

Owned by NTT Communications in Tokyo. They have tons of money to spend. NTTA gets a fraction of it.

    Cons

Limited opportunities for growth. Some business units have not been profitable for years. NTT Com may reorganize US subsidiaries (including NTTA), which may or may not eliminate NTTA brand in the future.

    Advice to Management

Good luck moving up, 'cause I moved out.

I worked at NTT America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    My advice is don't apply

    Cons

There is no welcoming when you start on your first day. Your will be shown where you sit and from there you will be expected to train yourself. If you don't know your job in a month, you will be declared untrainable. The work load is overwhelming. Everyone around has the same workload. Hence, the reason why you have to learn on your own.

    Advice to Management

    Quit!

They can be very accommodating with your lifestyle schedule, which helps. Mostly a laid back environment to work at. Nice people.

    Cons

Decisions are not made quickly at this company, which often leads to frustrating situations and indecisiveness. Some managers should not be running the departments they do.
