I have been working at NTT DATA full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Used to be better when it was Keane, under Brian Keane.

    Cons

Only care about bottom line and upper management's bonuses. Nothing passes down to actual billable consultants. Haven't seen so called profit sharing/bonuses in years.

    Advice to Management

Nothing as they are not open to any ideas from employees.

I have been working at NTT DATA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I didn't see any in my time with them. They will promise lot of stuff before you join but wont keep them.

    Cons

    Very Bad policies.
Don't join their public sector projects. They are just like a body shop over there.
No appraisals even if you are a star performer with client.
Green card is waste of time with them.

    Advice to Management

Please start caring about employees also. You guys only see your profit margin and bonus.

    Pros

There's not really much good here. I work for a government client, the pay is mediocre, and the benefits are nothing exceptional.

    Cons

The disconnect between employees and management is enormous. I've been working on site with the client for a month already, and still haven't been paid due to incompetency. All records of were somehow lost in the NTT Data personnel files, my paycheck was sent an address I never lived at, and somehow the profile created after the fact for me lists me as "Kyle." Strange, since I'm a woman, and have never been a Kyle.

There is no corporate culture. In fact, I've only met two other NTT employees in my time as a contractor; one being the recruiter who contacted me in the first place, and the second being some unknown HR grunt.

    Advice to Management

Stop doing everything that you currently do, and move in another direction. Like selling socks, or stylish cravats. Seriously, everything you do shows incompetence.

    Pros

    Good Company, Salary is decent,

    Cons

Their immigration policies & immigration team sucks.

    Advice to Management

Please treat your employees as your assets and not play with their carriers. Please improve your green card policies to speed up the process.
