    Pros

Benefits of working for a large corporation in a small company setting. Working with some of the brightest people from Japan. Very good benefits.

    Cons

Full of large company bureaucratic redtapes and politics even though it's a small company. As mentioned by other reviewers, second class citizen treatment of local employees by expats from Japan.

    Advice to Management

They need to realize that how it's done in Japan isn't always the right way, and need to listen to, and find ways to motivate the local hires.
