    Keep your promises. Too much micromanagement-you let managers delgate to subordinates who don't work for them.
    Empower and listen to your people. Make them feel like they matter and give them job security.

    Stop my contract without notice.

    70 Million subscribers, the largest mobile operator in Japan. Expand business verticals more than just a mobile carrier. Good reputation and very profitable.

    Salary is not as good, very average. 99% of the revenue are generated in Japan, facing challenges to create global strategies.
