I have been working at NTT DoCoMo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, plenty of paid leave (more or less possible to use, depending on your department), fairly good work culture, some personal leeway to choose projects, reasonable hours relative to many other Japanese companies

Work on modernizing the workflow, cutting some of the fat from company-wide training, practice a bit more of what you preach
