    (Translated from English)

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Very disorganized and lack of communication
    Bureaucracy, classification, and hierarchy
Still searching for its a revenue generating business

    Advice to Management

I have been working at NTT DoCoMo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Handsome Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision. 401k. Free Cable services. Discounted internet, phone, and cell services with family plans. Learning opportunities. Gas Card.

    Cons

    Management
    Unreasonable expectations
    Inadequate disciplinary policies
    At-Will Employer
    Practices nepotism

    Advice to Management

Keep your promises. Too much micromanagement-you let managers delgate to subordinates who don't work for them.
Empower and listen to your people. Make them feel like they matter and give them job security.

    Pros

The only good reason what I can think of Docomo Intertouch is their work life approach where you get some time off to do your personal stuff and still work from virtually anywhere, as long as you are needed.

    Cons

The management clearly has no sense of long term directions. Forking out USD150 million over buying their main competitor in the region, MagiNet and then axing their competitor products, turning it back into what they used to do. The management are blind and inexperienced when it comes to building up a reliable team as they only listen to people who 'shoe-polish' them thinking that's how they work. Majority of their sales force has no clue what they're selling or dealing with. Their only concern is, to clinch the deal.

    Advice to Management

Revise your strategy, really re-look at your 'innovation' ideas. Rehire the people who can make an impact and really knows what they're doing.

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

We could literally work from anywhere yet we were effective. We were well compensated and rewarded for our efforts and talented individuals were recognized accordingly...

    Cons

Post merger, the corporate culture is totally different - no salary revision, talented/hard work goes unrecognized, low morale, shortage of manpower and Management does not practice what they preach. This is a global issue which Management has yet to recognize.

    Advice to Management

Good Employees are hard to come by - so they should be well taken care of instead of losing them to competitors. Practice what you preach please ..

    Pros

Employees were what kept me working there.

    Cons

Managements covered themselves and not their employees, pay was not so great.

    Advice to Management

Consider listening to your team rather than listening over them.
