I worked at NVIDIA as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very exciting projects, great people.

I really want to emphasize that the people I worked with at NVIDIA were some of the most humble but yet knowledgeable and smart people I've ever worked with.

I felt very valued as an actual member of the team, and I never felt like I was treated differently from a full-timer for being an intern.

    Cons

Very long hours, but that was mostly by choice for me

I have been working at NVIDIA as an intern

    Pros

Great internship program, from HR to mentor-ship, and management
Get to hear from very knowledge and successful people, including the CEO talking exclusively to interns
    Good compensation among similar companies.

    Cons

Everyone is super busy, so you are expected to learn things on your own sometimes.

I have been working at NVIDIA as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. Interns are given good work and sometimes even critical work. They are thrown in the deep end from the very beginning
    2. Work culture is great and everyone seems to be enjoying what they are working on

    Cons

None in my short time there

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at NVIDIA as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - awesome pay
    - extremely friendly and helpful team
    - truly hands-on experience with cutting edge technology

    Cons

    - location isn't ideal (but really not bad depending on your personality)
    - brand new technology can be frustrating because no one knows the best way to do it! How much you learn depends on maintaining a good attitude.
    - long hours (again, depends on your personality)

    Advice to Management

    - It's fun to joke around about how "nothing works"-- because clearly lots of stuff works amazingly well. But even jokingly, it would be better to keep a positive attitude. The "joking" bad attitude still rubs off on others.
    - instead of having one crazy go-karting blowout intern event that half the team can't attend, it would be better to have low-key and regular events (like going out/catering dinner or lunch every week or two).
