    Pros

Rapidly growing company; not a bloated work force means everything you do counts.

I worked at NVIDIA as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - State-of-the-art technologies.
    - Interns are give real projects, i.e. you are given tasks which otherwise would be assigned to full times.
    - Extreme flexibility in choosing/changing tasks/projects.
    - Smart (even legendarily) people; you sometimes meet and work with people whose books you read in the grad school

    Cons

    - Campus needs a refresh, but it hopefully will happen with a new Endeavor building.
    - Infrastructure & tools must be improved - too much time wasted on fighting with repositories, building and testing systems.
    - FB/Google/MS give better salary.

I have been working at NVIDIA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You get to play videogames on the best systems currently in existence, and get paid to do it. The place is one big team, and it is great if you are looking for a challenge. Compensation is better than the average for the skilled worker.

    Cons

Insanely steep learning curve. Great if you have the capacity to learn under pressure, but not if you get stressed about your schedules.
