    Pros

Great company, growing well, great culture, good perks

    Cons

politics and culture of teams is very tough to deal with for new employees.

    Advice to Management

Even though company is doing great, for an employee it all depends on department and teams. I think employees specially leads should be trained with leadership skills regularly.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great technology company with many smart people.

    Cons

Meritocracy challenged. Very limited job growth prospects. Loosely organized leading a lot of unnecessary chaos.

    Advice to Management

Look to develop employees and promote from within vs. hiring managers of companies we are beating badly in the industry.

I have been working at NVIDIA full-time

    Pros

Some very smart people, Cutting edge technology across different categories, I like all the people on my team including my manager, Some work can be quite interesting, Great new HQ building is being built for late 2017, CEO can be very inspiring, Stock is way up in the last couple years

    Cons

Work-life balance isn't great and is very bad for some people, Can be very political, Hard to promote to new levels, Communication between teams can be better, Management gets shuffled around even if they're underperforming/adding nothing instead of demoting or being let go, Only $2500 401k match, Pay is below market average from what I've heard, No RSUs for level 3 and below, Cafe food quality is usually bad

    Advice to Management

Increase the 401k match, Need better staffing of some teams, Better work-life balance, Better cafe food

    Pros

Very smart hardware engineers, driven environment, ESPP plan is good as the stock is volatile, high performers are compensated well

    Cons

Work life balance is missing, culture is somewhat cut throat. Most of the managers do not look into employee development

    Advice to Management

Should also look at organization development

I worked at NVIDIA as an intern

    Pros

the manager is very helpful, honest and friendly
    the pay is good

    Cons

I happen to be a group where a bad guy existed, unfortunately for me. But most guys there are wonderful

Didn't have much responsibility and learned a lot

    Advice to Management

Need to quickly distinguish good employees and bad ones. When I was there, I can clearly see some one does not know what she/he was doing. Worse than a intern.
