Former Employee - Partner Technical Support Specialist in Portland, OR

I worked at NWEA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good training, good benefits, good coworkers. Low key atmosphere. Seemed like everyone was friendly and funny and helpful. Seemed like lots of people who were good at their jobs would get promoted. Many of the partners I spoke with were also really nice, patient, and understanding.

I have been working at NWEA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Really good benefits and nice co-workers on your team.

    Cons

No growth opportunity, pay not representative of increased responsibilities, disregarded by majority of fellow staff in decision making process.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay when you increase responsibilities and expectations.
