Great teamwork, interdisciplinary respect and present active leadership. Not to mention, great city benefits.
Cons
Being at the bottom of the FEMA relief distribution list and getting an embarrassing fraction of what private hospitals got during the pandemic even though we took all the patients the private hospitals turned away with no extra resources.
