    Pros

    -Expand your network by meeting many professionals throughout the NYC business community
    -Learn and sample different new, growing and established industries by interacting with clients
    -Fun positive colleagues

    Cons

    -Like any 'hotel manager', there are times when Clients don't seem reasonable and must be referred to the management

    -More contact
    -More training for client resolution

    It's a pretty great and stable first job out of college. Pays decently.

    Cons

    Not a lot of flexible hours

    Not too many. Flexibility, semi-casual environment, and most of the people were nice.

    Cons

    Slow to make much needed changes, dull atmosphere, not creatively stimulating

    Action is always greater than inaction

    -Easygoing and Lenient work environment
    -Flexible Scheduling
    -Opportunity to meet clients in a variety of fields

    -Little accountability
    -Management is unwilling to spend money
    -Inconsistent enforcement of client policy

    Advice to Management

    Offer full time employees PTO for holidays when they do not have the opportunity to work. Offer salaries instead of hourly wages. Implement consistent policy.

    Hours were flexible. Can be fun depending on your coworkers and clients
