Good benefits, and a job with a social conscience. People work industriously, with casual and collegial atmosphere.

    Pros

Good compensation for contractors, managers that understand the needs of technology, but not supporting the entire environment. It is getting better.

    Cons

There is little room for movement.

    Advice to Management
