    Pros

Compensation Package, 401k. The people I work with are pretty amazing.

    Cons

Technologies are old and deadlines are overwhelming at times. Work from home is very rare, only when you need to work the extra hours. Your happiness in this place pretty much depends on what department/team you join.

    Pros

Leading edge deployment and implementation of technologies and practices - experts in high availability and low latency networks and tradeing

    Advice to Management

The management and ownership has completly changed since I was there so I can not accurately comment on what does or doesn't need to be done
