    Nothing is good here, except free time to pass

    Cons

    No company structure. HR don't have any work. No professionalism. Lack of educated employees. Nothing to learn

    Pros

    You get a good brand name in your CV. Nice to spend few years here.
    Best to work in IT

    Cons

    Be a manager's dog and get a hike and promotion.
    If you think that you have contributed in company's profit very much, then don't relax. Company might even fire you on very next day.
    You will not get any facility or benefit if you don't follow up with HR again and again.

    Advice to Management

    Respect the employees. You need them and they need you.

    Pros

    Steep Learning curve, Great team culture, free breakfast ;)

    Cons

    Very dificult training is given to the freshers, wherein they work for almost 16-18 hours/day during training periods.
    when the patch is to be sent, the developers have to be up whole night & no compensation is given for that.
    Service bond of 2 years.
    Meagre salary compared to market rates.

    Advice to Management

    training does not always need to be like a pressure cooker & negative encouragement.
