    Decent Benefits: Health / Medical, 401K
    field operations focused: if working in the field 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
    travel from anchorage to field is covered by the company

    Cons

    no upward movement
    starting in the field your in the field
    in the office your in the office
    depends on the market

    Advice to Management

    try not to just have lip service but to actually have a discussion on what clear expectations are
    try to avoid nepotism

    Not for the faint of heart. can be made to do tasks even though they are unsafe.

    More emphasise on taking the time to complete tasks and less focus on profit.
