    Pros

    there is nothing here to say. they don't care about employees or share holders

    Cons

    Chairman without any vision. Only for money making.
    You can see nepotism at every level.

    It is a good place if no other option available. Not a lot of work. Much like a Public sector job.

    Cons

    Pays poor salary when compared to other industries in the field.
    Tries to recruit based on the brand name of Nagarjuna Group.

    No Pressure, no stress, you can do your personal work

    Poor management skills, no managers who knows advance technology (only one or two has good knowledge)

    Recruit 30-40 yrs age of people for management
