    I have been working at Nagarro full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    - Non-hierarchical
    - Great client portfolio
    - Good exposure to technology
    - Client exposure & on-site opportunity

    Cons

    - Lack of defined processes
    - Lack of integrity in managers
    - Lost the edge of all round managers with technical skillsets
    - Just doing a good job is not enough, knowing the right influencing people in the company is the key

    Advice to Management

    - Plan career pathway for employees at on-site client locations. Once at on-site, it feels like being orphaned without any future growth :)

    - Should have mentorship program for senior employees

    - It is great to mention that we are Agile, but not much of it is reflected while working with the various teams. Being Agile should be ingrained in the company culture

    A lot of very smart people within the organization across several continents. Keep up the good work by not only being relevant, but by being pioneering. CEO is extremely bright and creates a good culture!!

    Pros

    1. It's been a great journey so far career and opportunity wise
    2. It's growing well and have opportunities for all.
    3. There are many initiatives towards learning new technologies and trends in the industry
    4. Pay well and provide max support to have work-life balance

    Cons

    There are not many however mid level managers are not par as the upper management is.

    Keep up the spirit and have some way to get the feedback of onsite managers from clients.

    Pros

    Policies and management are employee friendly. Health insurance plans are good. Provide relocation assistance and advance money for your initial expenses.

    Cons

    You will work on the technology your client interested in, so less flexibility in project and technology selection.
    Salary increment is as low as 3-6%. No defined process about rating and increment. Try to negotiate as much as you can at the time of joining, so that you won't need to worry about increment later.
