Sexism, Favoritism, and People in Payroll keep hiring more people even though they can't fix the payroll issues they currently have for the people they have currently there. Virtue signaling on their website for LGBT+ even though they don't follow through with it.

I submitted my documents 3 time within 9 months. every time they are very unclear. they run there HR from another country ( time difference and unexplained requirements )

None, they probably need to be investigated. VERY unprofessional.
Cons
They see you as and refer to you as a body to be placed wherever they want regardless of what you interviewed for. If you see a posting for anything Nagarro it is a cattle call for ANY call center position technical or otherwise. If you are tech you will be told repeatedly "DO NOT PROBLEM SOLVE" It's about the call numbers not helping the caller. Very uncomfortable place to work. No guidance or support. Your money will be funny too. They can't count not even with your time being tracked by computer.
