I have been working at Nalco Water full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

safety environment. some nice people to work with, at least the group I work in collaborates well.

    Cons

No room for advancement, or at least not with a title and pay. They expect manager responsibility with no authority or compensation. Some divisions promote and have career paths others are dead end, with no recognition or advancement. Think carefully if you are a female as well, very few (or no) female managers in some groups. Underpaid for years experience and degree.

    Advice to Management

Go through your employee roles and look to see what groups are not promoting, then get them on track with the rest of the company that does seem to value promotion.

    Advice to Management

Having the ability to make more time for professional development of intern. This way the intern can be prepared for full time position
